The baseline mileage rate we quote is the rate we invoice, with all standard commercial fuel surcharges and detention policies fully detailed in our operating guidelines. Carrier Operating Guidelines
Can I request a dedicated truck with zero other cargo stops?
YES. We provide 100% exclusive dispatch options with zero intermediate stops and zero other freight onboard. If your cargo requires an Exclusive Run, let us know when booking and we will route your freight as a dedicated regional transport.
What are your truck specifications and loading capabilities?
We operate a 10-foot box truck built for non-dock height, ground level, and forklift loading. At this time our asset is NOT equipped with either a liftgate or loading ramps. Cargo capacity is strictly limited to 2 industry-standard 48"x40" pallets and a maximum total weight of 2500 lbs. We carry heavy-duty cargo straps, moving blankets and all necessary industry standards to protect your freight.
What is your loading dock policy?
The first 30 minutes of dock time are included with your dispatch. To maintain our regional schedule, extended warehouse delays or detention time beyond the initial 30 minutes will be subject to a standard detention rate.
What are your cancellation and fuel policies?
Cancellations made after a truck has been officially dispatched are subject to a standard Truck Order Not Used (TONU) fee. All commercial freight quotes are fully all-inclusive of current market fuel surcharges based on active regional averages at the time of booking.
